VOCO 모바일 앱 개인정보 안내
이 안내는 VOCO 모바일 앱(한국 앱 com.aboutus.voce, 미국 앱 com.aboutus.voco)에 적용돼요. 전체 개인정보처리방침은 /privacy에서 확인할 수 있어요.
앱은 계정과 연습 기록, 서버 분석, 선택적 AI 기능을 제공해요. 지원되는 유료 구독은 Apple 또는 Google의 인앱 결제와 RevenueCat으로 처리돼요. 선택한 기능에 따라 계정 정보, 음성·이용자 파일, 이용 활동, 구매 정보, 오류 정보가 처리될 수 있어요. 수집 항목과 처리업체·보유기간은 전체 개인정보처리방침을 따라요.
마이크와 카메라는 해당 녹음·게임·포토부스 기능을 사용자가 시작하고 권한을 허용할 때 사용돼요. 로컬 연습과 포토부스 결과는 기기에서 처리·저장할 수 있어요. 사용자가 분석이나 업로드를 선택하면 녹음 원본과 선택한 파일이 암호화된 연결을 통해 VOCO의 Railway 백엔드로 전송·저장될 수 있어요. 외부 AI 처리는 별도 설명과 동의 후에만 진행돼요. 공유는 사용자가 직접 선택한 대상에 전달돼요.
기기 내 데이터는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있어요. 서버 계정·연습 기록은 앱 설정의 계정 삭제 기능이나 개인정보 문의를 통해 삭제를 요청할 수 있어요. 앱이나 계정 삭제가 스토어 구독을 자동으로 취소하지는 않으므로 구독은 Apple 또는 Google 설정에서 별도로 관리해 주세요.
이 안내는 /privacy의 전체 개인정보처리방침을 보충하며, 모바일 앱에도 해당 방침이 적용돼요. VOCO는 노래 연습 도구로 의료기기나 의학적 진단·치료 서비스가 아니에요.

VOCO mobile app privacy notice
This notice applies to the VOCO mobile apps (Korea app com.aboutus.voce; US app com.aboutus.voco). Read the full privacy policy at /privacy.
The apps offer accounts, practice history, server analysis, and optional AI features. Supported paid subscriptions use Apple or Google in-app billing and RevenueCat. Depending on your chosen features, account information, voice and user files, activity, purchase information, and error information may be processed. Data categories, processors, and retention are described in the full privacy policy.
The microphone and camera are used when you start the relevant recording, game, or photo-booth feature and grant permission. Local practice and photo-booth results can be processed and saved on your device. If you choose analysis or upload, original recordings and selected files may be sent over an encrypted connection to VOCO's Railway backend and stored there. Third-party AI processing requires separate disclosure and consent. Sharing sends files only to a destination you choose.
Clear app data or delete the app to remove local data. Request deletion of server accounts and practice records using account deletion in app settings or the privacy contact. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; manage subscriptions separately through Apple or Google.
This notice supplements the full /privacy policy, which also applies to the mobile apps. VOCO is a singing-practice tool, not a medical device or a medical diagnosis or treatment service.
