Article 3 (Posting and Amending These Terms)

  1. We post these terms inside the service where anyone can read them.
  2. We may amend these terms so long as we do not breach applicable law. We post the effective date and reason at least seven days before the change takes effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that disadvantage users.
  3. If you keep using the service after the notice, you are considered to have accepted the amended terms. If you do not accept them, you may terminate your agreement by deleting your account.

AI-generated analysis and coaching results are reference material meant to support practice. We do not guarantee their accuracy or any particular outcome.

Article 7 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

  1. We may change or discontinue all or part of the service where operations or technology require it. We give advance notice of significant changes that disadvantage users.
  2. The service may be interrupted for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures.

Article 8 (Free Service)

  1. Every feature available in this app version is free. The app does not sell subscriptions or paid digital content, and it does not provide access to subscriptions or services purchased elsewhere.
  2. If paid features become available in a future version, we will use the applicable store's in-app purchase system and show prices and terms before purchase, with the updated app and terms submitted for review.

  1. Rights in and responsibility for a post belong to the user who posted it.
  2. Users can delete their own posts and comments themselves.
  3. You can report another user's post, and you can block a specific author so their posts no longer appear. We review reported posts and, where they violate these terms, take necessary action such as removal.
  4. Where a post violates the law or these terms, we may remove it or limit its visibility without prior notice.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

Article 12 (Termination)

  1. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account from the Account menu in Settings.
